The new TTS Spring Pack Calibration Stand (SPCS), when connected to any Teledyne QUIKLOOK system, includes everything needed to calibrate Limitorque spring packs.
Hardware:
- Load frame with supporting legs for worm clearance
- Fixturing for springpack sizes from 000 through 4
- Hydraulic pump/cylinder for loading springpack
Software:
- Standard QUIKLOOK MOV software includes QLReportSpringpack which provides:
- Calibration certificate
- Plot of both calibration and generic data
- Sensitivity equation (1st, 2nd, or 3rd order curve fits)
Options:
- Mounting table with fixture storage shelf
- QUIKLOOK system
